Gluten-free choc chip cookie

Ever find yourself in need of a “me” moment? Do you just want to curl up with a perfect little treat that you don’t have to slave over for hours in the kitchen to make? Well look no more! This cookie-in-a-cup cooks up so quickly, you’ll be wondering why you hadn’t been eating this treat before.

Okay, as much as the title says it’s a cookie for two, you can totally make it a cookie for one. I eat this by myself sometimes all the time. I confess. *drops head in calorie shame* What? It’s just so good! I mean, come on, who can share that gooey, chewy goodness?

What makes it even better is that it’s gluten-free! That totally makes it healthy, right? *cough* Whether you decide to share it or not, you will not be disappointed if you make this little treat for yourself. It is so yummy!
